2024 Tuesday 9 Hole League
Format Details
Beginning Tuesday, May 7th through Mid-August (Depending upon # of teams and rain-outs). Shotgun start at 5:30pm
Team roster may consist if a maximum of 7 players. Players may only be on one roster. Four players must play each week. Each week will consist of team vs. team play.
Weekly schedule
Each week the players playing that week are ranked by handicap, into A, B, C, and D players. Each player plays the player on their opponent’s team of the corresponding rank. You will play in the same pairing as your competitor. Pairings will be made by the golf shop staff each week.
Scoring
Players will play against each other stroke play with each hole being worth one point. If a hole is halved, each player shall receive ½ point for the hole. Strokes will wheel off the lower handicap of the two players, i.e. Player on Team 1 is a 5 handicap for 9 holes, player on Team 2 is a 3 handicap for 9 holes, then player from Team 1 will get 2 stokes on player from Team 2. The strokes fall where they may on the hardest handicap holes on that side.
9 points total per match weekly.
The weekly team score is determined by totaling the individual points for the team. Team payouts will be after playoffs.
Entry Fees: $300 per team
The team entry is due upon registration. There are no weekly entry fees except for an optional weekly deuce pot. The team entry covers the weekly individual gross, net and KP/Long Drive AND season competition. The only weekly fees are green fees.
