Chehalem Glenn Golf Course is ranked one of the top 3 courses in the area (according to the Portland Business Journal) to host a golf tournament/event and whether you are a low handicap player or a recreational golfer, our course provides the perfect backdrop for your next event. Our picturesque setting in the middle of Oregon’s famous wine country is an easy drive from Portland, Salem and surrounding areas, making our location convenient to many golfers. The 18-hole layout encompasses many different elevations, numerous bunkers, challenging fairways and breathtakingly beautiful views of the Chehalem Valley and surrounding mountains.

 We offer a large Event Pavilion that seats 150 people and have a Catering Staff that can work with you to provide a delicious BBQ meal after your event. We can also provide coffee service and breakfast bakery items before your group tees off, or a sack lunch if you have an afternoon start time.

 We can accommodate all sizes of groups and offer morning and afternoon shotgun starts on any day of the week (where your entire group starts at the same time – all on different holes), or tee time starts for smaller groups.   When you book your tournament with us, rest assured each group is organized according to its own personal needs.

·          Personal Tournament Director the day of the event to facilitate your outing from tee to green

·         Registration area, including tables and chairs

·         Event signage to direct your guests to Registration Area

·         Personalized carttags for each power cart

·         Personalized scorecards for each foursome

·         A printed rules sheet for each foursome that outlines YOUR particular guidelines for the day

·         Range balls 1 hour  prior to your first tee time

·         Contest markers made and placed on appropriate holes

·         Starter announcements

·         Player assistance

·         Transportation assistance for sponsors and volunteers out to appropriate holes

·         Final tournament scoring
