- Tee times may be made up to 14 days in advance
- All fees are due upon arrival at the course.
Dress Code:
To respect the community and environment in and around the city of Newberg, Chehalem Glenn Golf Course is requesting that golfers be dressed in casual golf attire. At a minimum all golfers must wear a shirt with sleeves, or for ladies a sleeveless collared golf shirt would be acceptable. We ask that you not wear sweatpants, athletic shorts, or any t-shirt containing distasteful images or vocabulary. We appreciate your understanding in our effort to make Chehalem Glenn Golf Course a family friendly environment.
Raincheck Policy:
For rounds interrupted by weather at the discretion of Chehalem Glenn Golf Course a raincheck for the full value of the rate paid, regardless of the number of holes played. Rainchecks for partial rounds interrupted at the customers discretion will be issued in the following amounts:
Played less than 5 holes – Full value of the green fee paid.
Played between 5-14 holes – Amount equal to the difference of rate paid and the current 9 hole rate.
Played more than 14 holes – No value.
Cancellation Policy:
At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel a tee time. Modifications to your reservation must be made in advance of your arrival at the golf course to avoid charges for "No Shows". You may do this during daylight hours either in person or over the phone by calling 503.538.5800. If the change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges and will be automatically billed the full price for all players booked under the reservation. Changes and cancellations may not be made on the website or via email . Please do not send e-mails requesting tee times, changes, or cancellations.
